He has acquired a real field expertise, having started as a rep and progressed to Key Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Brand GM, Division GM (8 brands), and APAC Sales & Business Development GM.
He comes with a proven track record of business transformations and successful organizational changes, and a passion for developing people, having led cross-functional teams in 5 different countries.
Originally French, Arnaud & his family have settled in Melbourne in 2015 after spending 10 years in Asia.
