Background and experience

Peter is a learning and organisational change expert with over 25 years’ experience in the learning industry. He holds an enduring passion for developing and delivering quality learning solutions that support behavioural and organisational change.

Peter built his career in roles as a professional facilitator, workplace coach and learning consultant. From 2004 to 2017 he worked for a large national learning provider as a senior learning consultant and also as an organisational development manager. He is well versed in delivering successful end to end learning and change projects. Peter has also performed in a number of senior management roles and brings a genuine depth of experience and capability to his consulting work.

Peter’s facilitation style is dynamic and insightful and his ability to engage learners always garners excellent feedback.
