Louise is a Trainer, Coach and Facilitator, based in London, UK. She specialises in Leadership Development, Innovation, Cross Cultural Business and Experiential Learning. Her passion & purpose is to unlock the capability and passion in leaders to be more connected to people, planet & productivity.

She works with wide range of organisations, from investment banks to fintech and engineering companies to government agencies and has built a successful track record, delivering highly interactive training, facilitation, coaching, assessment & development centres, 360s, MBTI, DISC and TOP methods; working with senior managers, high potentials and new managers/graduates.

Louise’s delivery style utilises her high emotional intelligence to understand learners needs and ensure initiatives are tailored to suit.  This provides a focus on experiential learning and proves a highly motivational and productive learning experience.

She has spent 14 years working with different cultures across the Asia region. Initially based in Tokyo for 4 years and then in Singapore for 10 years. Louise is able to bring real world case studies from her international business background to the training experience.

Louise’s business experience was as a Strategic Management Accountant in media in London, working on the merger of a major commercial TV production company. She has also worked as a Financial Accountant in media & a stadium in Melbourne, and Sydney, Australia.

She has a particular interest in developing the next generation of leaders in the wider community. She is a previous council member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Singapore, leading their social impact projects. She is also a Cub Scout leader in the UK, after running a pack in Singapore.

Louise qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, she holds an international DISC & MBTI certification, is certified in 360º feedback and the Kirkpatrick Four Levels of Evaluation.
