In 2016, I established by own consultancy business, specialising in Sales Capability and Organisation Strategy. I am recognised for my ability to build sales and negotiation skills leading to significantly improved results.
Prior to 2016, I worked for 30 years in Procter and Gamble, and led the Sales Capability function across Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. I brought a well-established background of communication skills, strategic selling and negotiation skills, and the ability to transfer knowledge and skills to others. My experience includes working in more than 50 countries and across many business sectors.
I developed sustainable content to train Sales Managers in key skills and continue to build content that is relevant to the current climate.
My early career was in Banking in the UK, building vital financial knowledge. I apply this to value creation strategies with clients.
I hold a degree in Business Studies from the University of Central Lancashire
