Carolyn Quintin is a Trainer/Facilitator/Consultant/coach residing in St. Petersburg, FL, whose global industry experience includes government, education, corporate and non-profits. Her passion and purpose is to liberate greatness in others through being strategically involved in cultural transformations within organizations.

As a certified career coach, she works with individuals to build and manage their career paths; those who have been out-placed or who have relocated needing acclimation and other coaching career services. In parallel, she conducts webinars to help get the best out of LinkedIn resources for job seekers, entrepreneurs and professionals.

Carolyn provides leadership, team building, diversity and conflict competence coaching, training and facilitation. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa where she coordinates 33 facilitators for the MBA FastStart program in the Sykes College of Business. Her style of training is very interactive and encouraging helping others liberate greatness. Having advanced networking and mentoring skills, she prides herself on the use of humor and creativity in working with others.

Carolyn is also a professional member and graduate of the National Speakers’ Association Central Florida Speakers Academy and now serves as Dean for newer entrepreneurs in the Speakers Academy, a ten-month program of interactive education.

As a graduate of Leadership St. Petersburg, the Council of Neighborhood Associations Leadership program and the Entrepreneurial Academy of the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, she has broadened her scope of community work and various businesses, which remains at the heart of her passion and purpose.

She is a recent graduate of the Citizens Police Academy with the St. Petersburg Police Department. Her community work has included being president of her neighborhood association, co-chair of the bi-racial Community Alliance, and officer positions in professional associations such as ATD, SHRM, BPW and NSACF.
