Arnold Chan is an acute international business process and analytics consultant , learning facilitator & management event speaker.
Having worked in the USA on a long term large scale project with brand names like General Dynamics, General Electric, Honeywell among others, he has acquired best practices in process design and improvement. Arnold is also a resource expert / speaker with Asia Productivity Organisation (Tokyo) and an early initiator of Business Process Improvement Management in organisations he has worked for. He co-established the Fuji Xerox Benchmarking Centre which has become today’s business excellence centre in Spring Singapore.
As a black belt in Six Sigma, he has facilitated over 100 courses to Managing Directors and senior bankers in the Six Sigma process methodology. He has coached and assessed green belt projects to improve both green and blue dollars for business units he worked with.
Well recognised as a national senior assessor in facilitating project teams for Innovation & Quality Circles at both national level and international competition, including the prestigious International Team Excellence (USA).
Arnold is the master facilitator for Cegos Asia in Project Management programmes. He has delivered over 40 workshops in the areas of strategic planning, project management, work package leaders, innovation and process improvements. Among the clients who have benefitted from his facilitation are Ansaldo STS – A Hitachi Group Company, Alstom, Givaudan, Oracle Asia Pac, Societe Generale, Soletanche Bachy ….
He holds an MBA from University of South Australia and a BBA with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
