Don brings a wide ranging experience of leadership, training and development roles in multicultural and international environments.

He has worked extensively in Europe, Asia, USA and the Middle East for the last 15 years, designing and delivering training programmes in 30 countries across very diverse business sectors such as Healthcare, Food & Drink, Retail, Hospitality, Energy, Oil and Gas, Engineering, IT Services, Travel and Hospitality, Banking, Audit & Consulting, Aeronautics and Space Engineering.

He is the co-founder of TYC Transform Your Conversations, a Singapore-based learning and development company that focuses on creating powerful learning experiences to help leaders to align and engage their teams and drive business performance.

His previous leadership roles were with Marks & Spencer, where he was involved in growing and adapting the chain of retail stores for the Continental European market. Among his varied missions were Divisional Commercial Controller and Store Operations Manager for the French, Belgian, Spanish and Irish subsidiaries.

Don comes from an Anglo Dutch family and after spending most of his early career in Paris and Brussels, he started his own training company in France.  He has spent over 5 years in the USA and his widening international exposure first brought him to Asia in 2008. He now lives in Singapore. .
