Don is the co-founder of TYC Transform Your Conversations, which helps organisations create a conversation culture and transform the way that leaders interact with their teams.
He is an experienced business leader, executive coach and leadership development specialist, bringing a unique experience and understanding of working in multicultural and diverse environments on 6 continents and 30 countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Middle East, Africa and Australasia. He relocated to Singapore since 2016 having spent most of his career in France.
Emma Noguchi
As a senior consultant, trainer and executive coach, Emma’s mission is to prepare Leaders to the challenges of the 21st Century, by helping them be more agile, more aware and more authentic to who they are.
Emma has a strong expertise in assessing, selecting and developing leadership capabilities across Asia-Pacific, and works as an associate with TYC as well as managing her own coaching practice, CoachingGoWhere (CGW), which helps leaders and their teams achieve outstanding results. She is also the co-founder a Coaching School for Corporate Leaderss.
